We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.

• CSCS Card
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills to understand instructions clearly and convey information effectively.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a construction or industrial setting is preferred.

DUTIES

• Assist in the preparation and execution of construction tasks, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform manual labour such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time and to the required standard.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute ideas for process improvements.
