Job Title: Semi-Skilled Labourer - Social Housing

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous labouring or construction experience preferred.
• Good physical fitness and willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Punctual, reliable, and hard-working.
• CSCS card required.
• Full driving license required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Semi-Skilled Labourer to join our team, working on projects across Hull. The role involves supporting skilled tradespeople, carrying out general labouring duties, and ensuring worksites are kept safe, clean, and organised. Basic DIY skills are advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist skilled trades with day-to-day tasks.
• Carry out general labouring duties, including moving materials, loading/unloading, and site preparation.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools.
• Basic Plaster patching skills desirable
• Basic Joinery skills desirable
• Help set up and clear down work areas.
• Maintain a safe and tidy site at all times.
• Follow health and safety procedures and site rules.
• Work in occupied and unoccupied properties, maintaining a professional and respectful approach.
