JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be capable of performing a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. As a Skilled Labourer, you will play an essential role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in industrial or a related field is advantageous but not essential; we welcome candidates willing to learn.
  • Familiarity with operating basic tools and machinery is preferred.
  • An understanding of health and safety practices is beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills.
  • Physical fitness is necessary for handling the demands of the job, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
  • IPAF 3A & 3B (Desireable)
  • FLT licence (Desireable)
  • Driving licence (Desireable)
    Due to the nature of the role there will periods of working away from home on a regular basis, night allowance, hotels and travel all paid.
    overtime paid at 1.5 x Hourly rate
    25 Days annual leave plus Bank holidays
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £12.51-£14.00 per hour
    Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
    Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rotherham S65 3S
