SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a Semi-Static Mobile Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our growing team, servicing six high-end luxury commercial, residential, and office buildings in central London. All sites are within short walking distance of each other, so no driving licence is required travel between locations is on foot.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of working within premium environments and be confident in dealing with high-end clients, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion

KNOWLEDGE & UNDERSTANDING

  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical (M&E) building services
  • Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, heating and cooling systems, controls, and ventilation
  • Understanding of Legionella control and general Health & Safety regulations

PERSONAL QUALITIES/SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team

QUALIFICATIONS

  • City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Electrical qualifications (17th/18th Edition)
  • Time-served maintenance engineer (apprenticeship background preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), servicing, and reactive repairs across multiple contracts
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Attend call-outs during normal hours and participate in the out-of-hours emergency rota
  • Submit clear and accurate reports for completed works and follow-up requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date logbooks and relevant documentation
  • Liaise regularly with Contract Managers and provide timely updates to clients
  • Represent the business professionally, maintaining punctuality and wearing appropriate PPE
