Job Description Seeking a highly motivated and technical sales skill assistance manager to focus on the semiconductor sector. The candidate will have sales experience in backend machinery (assembly and test) and manage channel sales. Key responsibilities: 1. Achieve sales target and develop new business. 2. Prepare sales proposal and technical documents for customers. 3. Develop and implement business plan of specific business sectors. 4. Coordinate with sales, engineering, and product management to ensure timely project delivery. 5. Support new product introduction and market launch. 6. Monitor market trend, competitors and industry development in semiconductor industry. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or business management. 5 years of experience with specific in semiconductor machinery. Strong technical understanding on wafer and assembly process of semiconductor Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Willing to travel when required. Proficient in English and Chinese.
