We are seeking an individual to lead an operations, facilities, safety and the implementation of operational discipline initiatives in the development of world-class semiconductor devices and processes. DESCRIPTION This is a full-time on-site role to lead operations and facilities while driving organizational initiatives for safety and operational for a semiconductor pilot line and the transfer of this technology to a foundry partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of next generation product development and prototyping device builds while driving an industry leading safety culture. The person will ensure that experiments are implemented according to plan and that data are accurately collected and analyzed. The person will manage managers leading operations and facilities and be responsible for identifying opportunities that safely accelerate the rate of technology development and build elements of technology transfer packages that lead to strong technology and procedural starting points for foundry partners. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or related fields 10+ years hands on semiconductor experience 5+ years of working in clean room facility Experience in identifying and resolving technology and schedule gaps with Apple foundry partners Experience with data analysis tools and principles of statistically designed experimentation (JMP, Matlab, Excel, Stat-Ease, etc.) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering 5+ years of senior management experience in a clean room based R&D / pilot production environment Excellent critical analysis, statistical analysis, and reasoning skills Ability to work independently and in teams Experience with quality management systems Demonstrated success working at the intersection of highly matrixed teams on technology commercialization
