Description
Monitor tool health and respond to trends and out of spec tool and process conditions Engage with equipment suppliers to evaluate and qualify next-generation metrology and blank inspection tools and improve capabilities of current systems Identify opportunities to improve metrology and blank inspection processes and suggest projects to close these gaps Ensure accuracy and consistency of product metrology results, implement process improvements to remove sources of variation wherever possible Provide expert insight into tool and process capabilities, advise other teams on most appropriate techniques for data collection depending on the test requirements Collaborate with other engineering teams in R&D and high-volume manufacturing (HVM) to support their metrology needs through recipe creation and data analysis Mentor and train manufacturing personnel and other engineers Minimum 2 years' experience in semiconductor or reticle fab, experience in metrology, photo area preferred Ability to work with limited guidance Good understanding of electron microscope physics is preferred B.S. or higher degree in Engineering field, Physics or Mathematics We offer a choice of medical, dental and vision plans in all locations enabling team members to select the plans that best meet their family healthcare needs and budget.
