In this pivotal role, you’ll be part of an elite group working on the design, prototyping, and production of ultra-precise instrumentation that integrates lasers, optics, mechanics, and electronics.
You’ll be hands-on from concept to launch—designing ultra-stable mechanical assemblies, building and testing prototypes, and collaborating across teams to drive New Product Introduction (NPI). Your work will directly influence the performance of mission-critical optical systems used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and refine manufacturing processes, alignment tools, and test fixtures
  • Troubleshoot complex opto-mechanical issues and support production teams
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver optimized solutions
  • Document design requirements, technical specifications, and support IP filings
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in product performance and reliability
