JOB DESCRIPTION

Suppleo Education are proud to be working in partnership with a fantastic school who have an amazing opportunity for a school administrator to join their SEN Department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a range of talented support staff in the school office. The successful individual may have the opportunity of the role being made permanent if successful during the period required.

Responsibilities

Handle general administrative tasks, including managing EHCP files, records, and documents.
Greet visitors, parents, and students, providing them with a warm and welcoming environment.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
Assist in maintaining student records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate school events, meetings, and appointments.
Assist teachers and other staff with administrative support as required.
Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure the school operates efficiently.
Support the school’s communication efforts by handling emails, newsletters, and other correspondence.
Assist with student enrolment and admission processes.
