Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a SEN and Medical Administrative Support - Maternity Cover to join The Portsmouth Academy on a fixed term contract. We are looking for a well-organised, efficient and enthusiastic individual to provide a comprehensive administration service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and updating Medical Health Care Plans together with the preparation and maintenance of first aid services, records and reports. You will also work closely with the SENCo to provide administration support for key SEN areas within the main school and specialist resource provision.
You will have the ability to cope with conflicting demands whilst working to tight deadlines in a methodical manner observing confidentiality at all times.
