ABC Teachers is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Classroom Assistant to work full-time at an SEN Secondary School in Coventry on a full time basis.

• Providing individualised support to students with SEN including autism and speech, language and communication needs.
• Working alongside a class teacher and a team of experienced support staff to assist with the general day-to-day running of the classrooms.
• Building a quick rapport with the students to support students educational, social and emotional development.
• Offering 1-1 or small group support, aiding in academic tasks, social interactions and behaviour management.
