WHY THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU:

• Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
• September 2025 - July 2026 - Interview Day in May/June
• Full-time, Monday – Friday
• Secondary school in Swindon, Wiltshire
• £480 - £500 per week (term time only)
• Gain valuable experience supporting students with additional needs before considering teacher training or further study

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide tailored support to students with SEN, helping them to engage in lessons and develop their learning skills.
• Assist in delivering differentiated lessons and activities across a range of subjects.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to offer additional help, particularly in literacy, numeracy, and social development.
• Help create and prepare resources, materials, and learning aids to suit the needs of students.
• Encourage and support students’ emotional and social development, helping them build confidence.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring all students feel valued and supported.
