Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Passenger Assistant. As a Passenger Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to passengers during their journeys. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers, assisting with boarding and disembarking, and maintaining a friendly and positive atmosphere throughout the ride.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking from the vehicle.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the journey.
- Provide friendly and helpful assistance to passengers with special needs or mobility challenges.
- Communicate effectively with passengers to address any concerns or special requirements.
- Collaborate with the driver to maintain a smooth and efficient transportation service.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and respect for passengers.
Requirements:
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards passengers, especially the elderly and individuals with special needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Basic understanding of passenger safety and transportation guidelines,
- SEN experience not required but preferred.
