Responsibilities

ROLES/DUTIES:

  • Classroom support. Assisting the teacher and students in the lesson when needed and being proactive (ensuring they are always doing something).
  • Doing duty when needed (before school, break and after school). This is a rota system.
  • Admin duties relating to the department and could include; making resources, prepping lessons, filing etc.
  • Work within a positive environment, promoting the positive values and ethics of the school
  • Be able to hit the ground running working with SEN/SEMH students
  • Full-time Monday – Friday (35 hour working week)
  • £480 - £500 per week (term time only)

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THE ROLE

· Developing key skills for experienced members of staff and gain invaluable lessons and techniques for working with students with SEN/SEMH
