Salary: £31,443 to £43,194 per annum (DOE)

Due to expansion, we are seeking an experienced SEN teacher to support the growth of our Grantham School.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR A SEN TEACHER:

  • Qualified Teacher Status and relevant degree
  • Demonstrable SEN/SEND/SEMH experience within UK based education
  • Experience of teaching to KS2/KS3/KS4
  • The ability to teach across a range of curriculum subjects, including English, Maths and Science
  • Passion, resilience and the desire to be a positive role model
  • Excellent communication and behaviour management skills

  • Plan, prepare and deliver high quality, engaging lessons across several curriculum subjects
  • Support individual learning plans and EHCP reviews
  • Promote safeguarding, inclusion, and pastoral care, ensuring safeguarding of all young people underpins every decision made
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies
  • Champion pupil’s voices and wellbeing, ensuring they have agenc
