• Delivering tailored lessons to pupils in KS2 and KS3 with a range of needs, including ASD, SEMH, and MLD
• Working collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, and therapists
• Creating inclusive, structured lessons that support individual progress
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a calm, positive learning space
• Monitoring progress, adapting strategies and reporting pupil outcomes
