We are recruiting term time only, teaching assistant support our SEN KS2 KS3 learners in core academics. We seek your ability to do more than just deliver education but can also engage and inspire learners that have had little or no prior education.
The Role
Based on-site at New Roots Care & Education you will support the delivery of the national curriculum ranging from EYFS to KS3. You will be working with small groups of SEND learners to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours while supporting them with their long-term goals and aspirations.
Our team ensure that the appropriate training plans are in place and that the advice and guidance is given when required while ensuring they deliver the highest level of quality courses that engage with the learners and help them to reach their potentials
The working hours for this position are Monday - Friday 08:30 -16:00 term time only (pay a 12month salary)
What are we looking for?
You must be qualified to Level 3 or above in education of children , or equivalent
An expert in your field with substantial experience
Experience of delivering training
Ability to display a wide range of training methods to engage learners
