JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to work across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in a welcoming primary school in the Worcester area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is confident supporting pupils at different stages of their learning journey.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience supporting pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
• A sound understanding of the national curriculum
• Strong communication skills and a flexible, team-oriented approach
• A passion for helping children learn and grow in a supportive environment

• Support class teachers in delivering lessons across multiple year groups
• Assist with the planning and delivery of activities that align with the national curriculum
• Provide one-to-one and group support to ensure all pupils can access learning
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom
• Help with classroom preparation, assessment, and pupil progress tracking
