SEN TEACHING ASSISTANT

Milestone Education are looking for compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our school based in and around the B11 rea of Birmingham

• Maintaining attentiveness and staying alert to the individual needs and well-being of the students.
• Supporting and assisting children with special educational needs in the classroom and throughout daily routines
• Engaging in classroom activities, including observations, record-keeping, and contributing to lesson planning
• Providing one-on-one or small group support as required
• Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
• Occasionally assisting with opening and closing duties
