Nurture Education is seeking a dedicated and resilient SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist school in the West Norwood/Croydon area. This is a long-term opportunity supporting students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and challenging behaviours.
The school caters to pupils with complex needs, with around 90% of students diagnosed with ASD. The ideal candidate will be confident in supporting behaviour management strategies and committed to helping young people thrive in a structured, supportive environment.

• Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Assisting with communication and social development
• Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff to deliver tailored interventions
• Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning space
