ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to support children with a variety of special educational needs including Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language Difficulties, SEMH and more.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Providing tailored 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEND
• Assisting with learning activities, emotional regulation, and social development
• Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion in the classroom
• Collaborating with teaching staff, parents, and outside agencies
