You’ll work closely with the SENCo, class teachers, and specialist staff to support children with a range of needs including Autism, Speech and Language Difficulties, and SEMH challenges. The school offers a supportive environment where both pupils and staff are encouraged to flourish.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
• Collaborate with teachers and SEN specialists to tailor support
• Assist in creating and reviewing personalised learning plans
• Foster communication skills, independence, and self-confidence in pupils
• Access to ongoing training and development (ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Therapists or Teachers)

The Ideal Candidate

• A degree in Psychology (2:1 or above preferred)
• A passion for inclusive education and supporting children with SEN
• Empathetic, resilient, and proactive
• Experience with children in any capacity (school, voluntary, family) is desirable
• Long-term interest in child development, psychology, or education careers
