A well-regarded and unique SEN school set in beautiful Wiltshire countryside is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their passionate team. Housed in a characterful manor house with a recently developed new site, the school provides a holistic, student-centred approach to learning, including therapeutic activities like animal care and outdoor gardening.
This is a full-time, long-term role starting in September — ideal for someone with genuine compassion for pupils with special educational needs, including autism and PMLD.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN needs
• Assist in delivering personalised learning plans aligned with EHCPs
• Support behaviour regulation strategies and promote a nurturing environment
• Encourage independence, communication, and social-emotional development
• Help supervise pupils during unstructured times like lunch and play
• Support personal care needs while maintaining dignity and respect
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other support staff
