A bit about us: We are seeking to appoint a fixed term, part-time (0.1fte) SENCo to join our successful team. The term of the contract will be from 1st January 2026 – 31st August 2026 but with a strong possibility of extending, as well as working collaboratively within our hub of 6 maintained local schools. We are looking for someone who: Lead and manage the SEND provision across the school. Identify pupils with SEND and ensure appropriate interventions and support plans are in place. Coordinate and monitor EHCPs and Support Plans. Provide guidance and training to staff on inclusive teaching strategies and SEND best practices. Liaise with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Monitor and evaluate the impact of SEND support and interventions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SEND legislation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
