• Deliver engaging, tailored lessons to students with a range of SEND needs, including SEMH, ASD, and moderate learning difficulties (MLD).
• Support students with individualised learning plans and EHCPs.
• Work closely with the college’s inclusion team to ensure every learner can thrive academically and personally.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and progress tracking.
