Melksham House School is a brand new school (opened September 2025), looking for compassionate and dynamic teachers to join our dedicated team. All about the role: As a Teacher at Melksham House School, you’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing the academic, social, and emotional development of children with SEND. Working closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will deliver personalized, engaging lessons that cater to the unique needs of each learner. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and evaluate creative and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs outlined in students’ EHCPs. Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and the SENDCo to implement individualized support plans. Track student progress, adapting teaching strategies to ensure all children reach their full potential. Work in partnership with families to ensure a cohesive approach to education and well-being. Promote positive behaviour management and encourage social and emotional growth in a nurturing environment.
