We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated SEND Support Assistant to join our team at Beeches Park. This rewarding role is all about making a real difference to the lives of children who need extra support, ensuring every child has the best possible start in their learning journey.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Supporting children with additional needs to access learning and development opportunities.
  • Working closely with the nursery team, parents, and external professionals to create tailored strategies.
  • Encouraging independence, communication, and confidence through play-based learning.
  • Ensuring all activities meet the individual needs of the child.

THIS IS A TERM-TIME ONLY ROLE, APPROX 25 HOURS PER WEEK TUESDAY TO FRIDAY.
