WHO THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT

This position is perfect for an experienced SEND teacher ready for their next challenge. You might be someone who has spent several years in special schools and is looking for more variety and autonomy in your work. Perhaps you’re feeling constrained by traditional school environments and want the freedom to focus on direct impact with complex cases. You could be a teacher who already uses assistive technology in the classroom and is excited about deepening your expertise, or someone who thrives on problem-solving and learning new systems.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT SOMEONE WHO:

  • Gets energized by variety rather than routine
  • Enjoys being the specialist expert rather than part of a large teaching team
  • Is comfortable with technology and eager to become an AT specialist
  • Wants the flexibility of freelance work while making a meaningful difference
  • Thrives on challenge and isn’t fazed by complex communication needs
If you’re seeking better work-life balance, higher earning potential, and the opportunity to escape school politics while staying true to your passion for SEND education, this could be your ideal next step.

THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR SOMEONE WHO:

  • Has a passion for SEND education, particularly PMLD and complex communication needs
  • Enjoys diverse, rewarding work that changes daily
  • Wants to combine teaching expertise with cutting-edge assistive technology
  • Is excited by the prospect of nationwide travel and varied work environments
