Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our Upper School team, working with pupils aged 11-19. You will be an integral part of our highly dedicated team, supporting pupils with their learning, development, and personal care needs in a positive and fun environment.
As an LSA, you’ll need to be adaptable, calm, and sensitive, with a high level of multitasking skills. You will also need to bring a fun-loving attitude, as interacting and playing with our pupils is key to their development and enjoyment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and assist pupils in their daily activities, including academic tasks, social interactions, and personal care
  • Foster an engaging and fun learning environment where each pupil feels valued
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the pupils’ needs are met effectively
  • Help manage challenging situations with resilience and a calm approach
  • Contribute to the overall wellbeing and development of our pupils
  • Take part in ongoing training and professional development
  • The ability to work effectively in a busy, dynamic environment with a calm and sensitive approach
  • A willingness to learn and develop your own skills to better support the pupils
