OR ARE YOU A GRADUATE, SEEKING MORE PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE WITH SEND CHILDREN FOR YOUR FUTURE ASPIRATIONS?

I am currently looking for a proactive SEND Teaching Assistant who is passionate for supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities. You will need to support children more with different aspects of learning, for example, reading or writing, or behaviour / self-expression and also personal care.

You need to be really proactive, have patience and also a calm voice. Some children will have ASC and also will be non-verbal, some children could have SEMH needs and many more.

  • SEND Teaching Assistant
  • Ideally have some form of experience working with children in a school setting.
  • Supporting students with; Autism, Complex needs, SEMH (social, emotional and mental health), SLD (severe learning difficulties)
  • Must have a creative and positive mindset
  • Patient, Reliable, Approachable and Caring
  • Between 8:30am - 3:30pm/4pm
  • asap start
  • Up to £100 per day; weekly payment via Umbrella (we also offer PAYE but rates of pay will vary)
