Salary: £97.68 – £188.34 per day (depending on role and experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 support and small group interventions for pupils with a variety of SEND needs.
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to deliver personalised learning and EHC plans.
  • Adapt resources and activities to ensure inclusive classroom environments.
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being through tailored support.
  • Contribute to school life, enrichment activities, and collaborative staff teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or SEND-related training (desirable, not essential).
  • Experience: Previous work as a Teaching Assistant, LSA, SEN TA, or in childcare/education support.
  • Skills: Strong communication, patience, empathy, and adaptability.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of PECS, Makaton, sensory or behaviour strategies (advantageous but not required).
  • Attributes: Committed, proactive, and passionate about inclusive education.
