We’re looking for a caring, patient, and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant / Support Worker to join our team, supporting children with complex needs to reach their full potential.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work consistently in one location, providing 1:1 support to a child in a stable and structured environment. Perfect for someone with Teaching Assistant experience, particularly within SEN (Special Educational Needs).

About the Role:
As an Education Rehab Assistant, you’ll work closely with children who may have physical disabilities, learning difficulties, sensory impairments, or neurological conditions.

Your role will focus on:

  • Supporting learning and development through structured activities
  • Promoting independence and life skills
  • Working alongside therapy and education plans
  • Providing emotional reassurance and encouragement
  • Building trusting relationships with children and their families

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 10:00am – 2:00pm
  • 20 hours per week
  • Working in one consistent location

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a SEN environment
  • Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (care, education, or therapy settings)
  • A calm, patient, and encouraging nature
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to providing consistency and building positive relationships
  • Willingness to learn and follow therapy or education plans
