WHAT WE REQUIRE:

· Experience: Previous experience working with children with SEND is preferred, but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with a genuine enthusiasm for supporting the unique needs of every child.
· Qualifications: A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or support work is advantageous. However, we value dedication, empathy, and a willingness to learn above all else.
· Understanding of SEND: A basic understanding of various SEND conditions and their impact on learning and development is beneficial. We provide training and resources to help you support our students effectively.
· Patience and Flexibility: Working with children with SEND requires patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude. We seek individuals who can remain calm under pressure and adjust their approach to meet the diverse needs of our students.
· Teamwork: Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. We look for candidates who can work effectively as part of a team, communicate openly, and contribute to a positive working environment.
· MUST have 1:1 experience with SEN children!
