JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND Tutor’s in Coventry to provide educational support to students of various ages and learning abilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and helping students achieve their academic goals. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to educate in a way that is engaging and tailored to individual needs.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is needed, particularly with children, ideally 3 year plus.
  • Familiarity with special education practices is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with students and parents.
  • A genuine passion for education and helping others succeed is crucial.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs and learning styles.
  • Must have a teaching qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
  • Educate students using various teaching methods, including hands-on activities, visual aids, and technology.
  • Support students with special educational needs by adapting teaching strategies as required.
  • Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes confidence and motivation in learners.
