REQUIREMENTS

• Recognised teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, Level 3 TA/HLTA, PTLLS or higher)
• Minimum 3 years’ teaching experience
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
• Enhanced DBS (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

EDUCATION:

• Certificate of Higher Education (required)

EXPERIENCE:

• Teaching: 3 years (required)

• Deliver engaging 1:1, face-to-face tuition in Maths and English (ages 11–16)
• Create tailored lesson plans to boost confidence and accelerate progress
• Flexible working hours within the school day (8:30–16:30), with occasional after-school sessions
• Local placements wherever possible, with additional pay for travel exceeding 30 minutes
