This is a tutor role so most of your week will be spent planning and delivering sessions, conducting learner reviews, meeting with parents/careers, and supporting the learners in their progress towards independent, paid employment.

There will be other aspects of the role to get stuck in with, including:

• Supervising and supporting the Learning Support Assistants
• Preparing resources for the sessions
• Participating in open days, reverse job fairs and other events
• Getting involved with job coaching
