Our client is an established Boutique law firm that is very well-known across its practice areas throughout Family Law and Private Client.
The firm is recruiting a senior level Contentious Trusts and Probate Lawyer to help build up the department due to the high number of enquires they regularly get in.
The role will involve removing executors or trustees, making a claim against an executor or trustees, challenging a Will or the terms of a Trust and Court of Protection and succession disputes.
The candidate would also have opportunity to work on non-contentious matters should they want to do so.
