About the Role We are looking for an exceptional Senior Mobile Game 3D Artist & Generalist to join our team and work on a wide variety of mobile game projects (hybrid games mainly). This role is ideal for a highly versatile 3D generalist who can deliver outstanding quality at very high speed, adapt quickly to different art styles, and collaborate closely with art directors, programmers, and technical artists. You will be expected to jump between multiple projects and art styles on a daily basis, contributing not only production-ready assets but also ideas, visual solutions, and creative input—even in cases where no concept art is available. Responsibilities Create high-quality 3D assets for mobile games, including: Modeling, Rigging, Texturing, and high-quality 3D animations Work across a wide range of mobile game art styles (strong emphasis on hybrid games though - must have knowledge and experience in Hybrid gaming and art), from: Cartoony, Simplified/abstract, More mature Rapidly adapt between different projects, styles, and requirements Collaborate closely with: Art Directors, Programmers, Technical Artists, GDs & PMs Deliver assets efficiently while maintaining exceptional visual quality Proactively suggest ideas, concepts, and visual solutions, even without guidance from a concept artist Research references and visual directions independently and translate them into strong 3D results Manage time, priorities, and workload effectively Maintain high availability for communication, feedback, and iteration Requirements Requirements 3–4+ years of professional experience as a 3D Artist in mobile games Strong experience as a 3D generalist Excellent skills in: 3ds Max, Blender Proven ability to produce top-tier quality at very high speed Strong understanding of mobile game production constraints Ability to quickly switch between art styles and tasks Experience working without detailed concepts and still delivering strong visual results Highly organized, reliable, and self-managed Strong communication skills and high availability during working hours Experience working with Unity: Hands-on integration Understanding of asset setup, optimization, and pipelines (big plus) Nice to Have Maya experience Deeper hands-on experience inside Unity (scene setup, prefabs, materials, basic optimization)
