Our Client needs a hands-on, experienced leader with at least 5 years in 3PL, warehousing, transportation, and personnel management. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a track record of driving operational improvements. You’ll spend time on-site in multiple warehouses, ensuring top-notch performance, safety, and customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business).
• 5+ years in 3PL/warehousing/transportation leadership roles (bonded warehouse experience a plus).
• Strong people-management and decision-making skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Excellent communication skills; Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
