Role Overview As a Direct Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth. You will engage with prospective customers, understand their academic needs, and recommend the most suitable Infinity Learn solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively connect with potential customers via calls, meetings, and local outreach to convert leads into successful sales. Consultative Selling: Understand students and parents academic requirements and recommend tailored solutions. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships to drive referrals and repeat sales. Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections effectively, negotiate pricing, and close deals successfully. Home Conductions: Visit leads at their homes to engage with families and demonstrate product benefits. Desired Skills & Competencies Strong sales acumen with a target-driven approach Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Familiarity with CRM tools & sales tracking systems Self-motivated and a strong team player Qualifications Minimum 2 years of overall sales experience At least 1 year of EdTech industry experience (preferably in K-12 or Test Prep) Bachelors degree in any discipline Work Conditions 6-day work week (Monday fixed off) Must own a laptop/device for work-related tasks Sales, Communication
