Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Student Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to guide students through the admission process and achieve monthly admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and direct walk-ins.
• Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and university programs.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
• Schedule meetings and counseling sessions with students and parents.
• Maintain proper student records and follow-up updates.
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth processing.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and clients.
• Support marketing and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and client-handling abilities.
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling.
• Prior experience in education counseling/sales is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
