Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Student Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to guide students through the admission process and achieve monthly admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and direct walk-ins.
- Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and university programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
- Schedule meetings and counseling sessions with students and parents.
- Maintain proper student records and follow-up updates.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth processing.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and clients.
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and client-handling abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling.
- Prior experience in education counseling/sales is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
