Responsibilities

Under limited direction, this position is responsible for delivering the following functions:

  • Review newly created catalogue and name authority records to ensure adherence to established metadata scheme and information management standards.
  • Contribute to the administration of the Accessioning Matters and Corrections Inbox, including communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding accessioning matters and data corrections in a timely manner.
  • Provide advice on Accessioning processes to the Accessioning team where required.
