The Great Southern Killarney is looking for an energetic, friendly, hardworking Senior Accommodation Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is approachable, professional and enjoys the fast pace of working in a large dynamic environment. Someone who can consistently provide a high standard of service and contribute to the overall guest experience. Our ideal candidate will perform effectively and have a keen ability to stay calm amidst frenetic service.

• Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role at 4* or 5* level - non negotiable
• The ability to use Microsoft office applications and Hotsoft.
• Thorough Understanding of the importance of Customer Experience and uncompromising standards of excellence
• High Attention to Detail
• Great communication skills – ability to clearly communicate with guests and management and staff across a variety of nationalities and experience levels
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Energetic, Friendly, Approachable, Professional, Courteous and Well Groomed
• Have the ability to supervise and train staff members ensuring high levels of service and accuracy
• Focused on providing a consistently high standard of service and hygiene
