SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in B2B marketing, with a focus on account-based marketing or demand generation. Previous experience managing ABM programs is a plus.
  • Project Management: Highly organized with exceptional project management skills. Proven ability to handle multiple campaigns, timelines, and objectives simultaneously.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools such as Demandbase, Marketo, and Salesforce (experience with DemandBase is a plus!)
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness, measure ROI, and extract actionable insights from data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling, personalized content and collaborate effectively with sales, content, and creative teams.
  • Collaborative and Adaptable: Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a savvy, results-oriented Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to drive awareness, interest, and engagement within our most strategic accounts. You’ll be at the heart of our targeted marketing strategy, creating a highly personalized marketing experience for high-value accounts and accelerating growth for the business. As the ABM Manager, you’ll design, develop, and deploy targeted ABM programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth through a data-driven and account-centric approach.
To excel in this role, you’ll need to be versatile and resourceful, with experience across multiple marketing disciplines, including content and digital marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and program management. This is a collaborative position that will require partnering closely with sales, customer success, and the broader marketing team to execute a holistic ABM strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ABM Strategy Development: Develop, refine, and execute AlphaSense’s ABM strategy to drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue from high-priority accounts. Ensure alignment with sales and customer success to achieve shared objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Design and launch integrated, multi-channel ABM campaigns across email, social media, digital ads, content marketing, webinars, and events. Tailor each campaign to address specific pain points, business needs, and buyer personas within target accounts.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify top accounts, define account goals, and create highly personalized account plans. Foster ongoing communication with sales to keep ABM efforts closely aligned with sales objectives and feedback.
  • Content Personalization: Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop custom, high-impact content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages) for each stage of the account’s buyer journey. Ensure messaging is specific to account needs and resonates with key decision-makers.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance through KPIs and account-specific engagement metrics. Regularly present campaign insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform future ABM efforts.
  • Technology and Tools: Leverage ABM platforms and tools (such as Demandbase, Salesforce, Marketo) to execute campaigns efficiently, target accounts effectively, and deliver personalized experiences at scale.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage the budget for ABM campaigns, ensuring a high return on investment. Optimize spend across channels to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Event Marketing Support: Partner with field marketing and events teams to deliver high-impact, account-specific events and webinars that deepen relationships with key accounts and drive engagement with decision-makers.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on target accounts to gain a deep understanding of their industry landscape, pain points, and buying behavior, ensuring ABM programs are highly relevant and impactful.
