MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 3 years of full-time experience maintaining financial accounts and records
• Substitution: Up to 2 years of relevant college coursework (accounting, finance, business administration, or related) may substitute for experience

  Pay: $37,544.00 - $40,953.00 per year

In this role, you’ll handle a variety of financial and clerical tasks that keep our office running smoothly, including:

• Reviewing, posting, and reconciling financial records with accuracy and attention to detail
• Preparing reports, payrolls, statements, and other essential documents
• Overseeing and assigning clerical work, and guiding junior staff members
• Processing, sorting, indexing, and filing financial and control records
• Drafting correspondence and responding to routine inquiries
• Operating office equipment, including computers and financial software, to complete daily tasks
