What you are working on

Professional management and monitoring of outsourced account and deposit operations (BPO) including SLA and quality control
Responsibility for booking integrity and clarification of operational exceptions in the core banking system
Analysis, processing and sustainable solution of booking and balance discrepancies
Escalation body for sensitive account issues (e.g. garnishments, protected accounts, account freezes and closures)
Coordination with IT in case of incidents, system errors and batch problems.
Implementation and documentation of operational account decisions based on internal approvals
Ensuring audit readiness including controls, evidence and KPI monitoring
Preparation and validation of operational data for regulatory and statistical reporting.

What you bring

Completed banking apprenticeship and/or studies in business administration, finance or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in the operational processing of account and deposit business in retail banking
Solid knowledge of booking logics, exception handling, and operational controls.
Experience in managing outsourced service providers (BPO) and in dealing with SLAs
Very good understanding of specific account topics (e.g. garnishments, basic account, protected account)
Analytical, structured approach to work and high attention to detail
Strong stakeholder and communication skills
Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
