We’re looking for a strategic and commercially driven (Senior) Account Director to lead our most important global client portfolio: the Big 5 agency holding companies. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on transforming Account Management from a reactive model to a proactive, value-driven partnership approach. If you’re a builder who thrives on developing talent, navigating complex global agencies, and engaging senior stakeholders, this is your opportunity to shape a critical function at Adverity. Some of the things you’ll work on: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers, driving a shift toward proactive, strategic account management. Own retention, renewals, forecasting, and expansion across a complex holdco portfolio. Drive structured account planning and value realization frameworks tailored to global agency networks. Identify growth opportunities across operating companies and support your team in exceeding upsell targets. Build and maintain executive-level relationships within major agency groups, acting as a senior sponsor for key accounts. Proactively monitor account health, identify risks, and provide clear mitigation strategies to senior leadership. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Services to deliver long-term customer value. We’re excited if you have: Deep experience within major agency holding companies (required), plus a strong industry network. Extensive experience leading customer-facing teams, ideally in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or agency environments. A proven track record of transforming teams toward proactive, value-led account management. Strong commercial acumen with consistent success in retention and growth.
