Description

As a Senior Account Director, you are responsible for revenue growth, upsell, cross-sell, driving business growth through strong client relationships, strategic planning understanding, and team leadership. Responsibilities include project management, proactively driving for creative & strategic and operational excellence to expand client partnerships and growing a dedicated core team. What You Will Do Establishing & achieving annual business objectives, goals, strategies, action plans; a strong focus on social-first Operates as the business owner that owns the business performance, approving P&Ls, pre-signing off commercial structures, managing the financial health of the business unit, and ensuring legal and financial compliance. Own the business performance of key accounts and lead the entire Account Management, Influencer Management team. Leading major pitches and planning, partnering closely with senior members of Planning & Creative. Understanding of the client’s business and solid knowledge of the competitive market in which the brand operates. Managing team priorities and diaries to help manage projects and meetings with clients. Leading a team to provide the utmost level of client service Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients Who You Are Bachelor’s Degree is required Minimum of 10 years of experience in an IMC/social marketing agency. At least 2-3 years of working experience in the position of Account Director, with proven ability to lead a team of 20 - 30 members. Deep understanding of IMC/ social strategy, financial governance, and organizational leadership. Significant experience in professional client relationship management. Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing budgets, P&L, estimates, and schedules. Ability to think strategically while keeping an eye on execution details.
