MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP

  • Inspire & lead a team including an Account Manager or Exec.
  • Responsible for performance management and development of your team.
  • Provide ongoing development and support for your direct reports including but not limited to regular 1:1s, appraisals, setting tangible objectives, addressing any performance issues etc.

Qualification & skills requirements

  • Excellent working knowledge of online marketing channels, particularly Paid Media & SEO.
  • Minimum of 7 years of client side or agency experience in the digital marketing sector.
  • Ability to work with new business teams to generate cross-channel sales opportunities.
  • Ability to represent BB interests to senior level clients and at public events.
  • Must be commercially focused, keeping your fingers on the pulse and looking for growth.
  • Willing to work remotely (at client offices – potentially internationally) when needed.
  • Able to think creatively to devise flexible new ways of working with clients.
  • Experience of leading, managing and developing a team.
  • Excellent communicator, with strong attention to detail and passionate about digital.
Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Our Client Services department has a fundamental purpose within the agency and that is to ensure the continued success of strategy and relationship across our expansive and ever-growing client portfolio. As a Digital Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for leading some of our tier one client relationships, delivering digital excellence and growth.
Working alongside our delivery teams (SEO, PPC, Display etc.) you’ll be the glue that holds the partnership, stakeholders and strategy together. You will have the support of, and line manage an Account Manager and Exec. As a team, you will lead the strategic direction of your accounts.
With all our Client Services roles, your role is to be a trusted partner, bravely challenge our clients, be a respected expert and a client whisperer - in other words breakdown the complexities of our clients’ businesses and frame them digitally.
