This is an exciting opportunity to lead the direction and delivery of high-impact communications across a range of dynamic consumer accounts. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships, overseeing teams, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing strategic consultancy to clients, building deep, trusted relationships as their main point of contact.
  • Oversee the delivery of all client reporting (daily, weekly, quarterly) ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continual improvement of processes.
  • Monitor the client’s sector and flag any relevant industry developments, trends, or risks.
  • Lead internal teams in preparing and delivering engaging updates and recommendations to clients.
  • Confidently manage client communications, including challenging perspectives and offering well-reasoned alternatives when appropriate.
  • Run client meetings effectively and ensure the team is briefed, aligned, and clear on their ownership areas.
  • Take full ownership of campaign execution, including budget management, supplier liaison, events, and creative deliverables.
  • Support and lead the team in managing shoots, activations, and campaigns – from planning through to post-event reporting.
  • Present compelling and insightful decks both internally and externally.
  • Advise clients on timing and relevance of campaigns in the context of wider news and cultural moments.
  • Own and maintain accurate budget trackers, ensuring efficient invoice processing and financial oversight.
  • Contribute actively to monthly team meetings by showcasing client wins, results, and strategic thinking.
  • Ensure effective team resourcing and proactively flag any capacity concerns.

About You:

  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer brands and communications.
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to offer strong counsel and confidently lead senior discussions.
  • Highly organised, with sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Effective team leader with a collaborative and empowering management style.
  • Strong time management skills and an ability to anticipate needs and streamline delivery.
  • Confident presenter and communicator – both internally and with clients.
  • A natural collaborator with the ability to inspire and motivate a wider team.
